Magnesium oil can be sprayed directly onto the skin wherever you feel comfortable. The most common areas to apply magnesium oil are the arms, legs, and stomach. However, it can be applied to any area of the body that is easy to access. It's best to avoid sensitive areas, such as the eyes or open wounds, as magnesium oil may cause irritation.
It's also a good idea to start with a small amount of magnesium oil, especially if you have sensitive skin, and gradually increase the amount as needed. It's normal to experience a tingling or itching sensation when you first start using magnesium oil, but this should subside as your body adjusts to it. If you experience any discomfort or irritation, you can dilute the magnesium oil with water to reduce its strength.
Spray 4-5 times* and rub onto clean skin of the torso, chest, feet, legs, or arms. Avoid sensitive areas. Avoid contact with clothing, or other lotions until absorbed. Reapply as needed. May leave residue which can be wiped or rinsed away.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
